KlarFort is user-directed software for organizing and analyzing financial information you choose to enter or import. It calculates views such as net worth, runway, cash flow, and risk, and offers optional AI-assisted analysis. You remain responsible for your records and every decision.

No. KlarFort does not connect to bank, brokerage, or exchange accounts; collect financial-account credentials; automatically retrieve or aggregate records from financial institutions; hold or move money or financial assets; or execute, route, or facilitate transactions involving the accounts, assets, or instruments you track. You enter or import your own records and remain responsible for every decision.

KlarFort does not persist your full portfolio tables on its servers. Core records stay on your device. With consent, an AI request and relevant portfolio snapshot are transmitted for processing. Selected AI outputs and user-submitted response reports are stored under a pseudonymous service profile. Personalized Insights reports stay on your device, while KlarFort keeps no durable server copy of the personalized portfolio facts, rules, questions, searches, or reports used by that feature. Limited access, purchase-verification, security, and deletion-safeguard records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy; temporary service-limit records may remain for up to 30 days.

Create a portable KlarFort backup on your device, choose where to save or share it, then import it on iOS or Android. KlarFort's servers do not receive, route, or store the backup file. Imports merge core financial records into the destination and restore supported settings and user-created content; generated Insights reports, credentials, and authentication data are not included. Each imported file can be up to 50 MB. Backup files are not separately encrypted by KlarFort, so protect them like financial documents.

No. AI features are strictly opt-in: the app asks for your explicit consent before anything is shared, and you can withdraw it anytime in Settings. When you use them, your request and a snapshot of the portfolio data you entered are processed by our AI providers and the result is returned to you. Chat exchanges are used only to process your request and support a short retry window; they are not written to persistent KlarFort server storage. The Privacy Policy explains which selected outputs are stored and which personalized Insights reports remain on your device.
